I am not exaggerating when I say I absolutely HATE to cook chicken breast. No matter what I do, I feel it doesn’t come out as tender and juicy as I’d like. Sadly that leaves the chicken often going to waste and me throwing out it away. That is UNTIL I made this stuffed chicken recipe. I even ate it left over, twice! Not only is this stuffed chicken juicy and delicious, but it is packed with protein! I have already made this recipe twice. This is definitely one you will make on the regular!

This protein-packed chicken is so good!! Come on, 36g of PROTEIN and its delicious. I couldn’t even wait for it to cool to eat it. I can even say I no longer hate cooking chicken. This chicken was just as good leftover as it was the day it was cooked. Add some rice and your meal is complete!
