I am a huge fan of hot honey. If I’m being honest I would probably put it on everything I could. Salmon is also a weekly staple on my menu so figured I could combine the two for a delicious, quick, and easy weeknight meal. Salmon is low in saturated fat and is a great source of protein. It’s an excellent source of vitamin B12, potassium, iron, and vitamin D. It is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids that can decrease inflammation and support brain health. So not only is this hot honey salmon delicious, it’s super nutritious and a great addition to your diet.
I usually serve this hot honey salmon with a side of white rice and veggies. Sometimes I will whip up a little mango salsa to go with it. This recipe is also good the next day. I would recommend reheating in the oven or on the stovetop to keep the Panko crust crisp. You can play around with the amount of hot honey used depending on your taste.
I have shared this recipe with many clients and it has always been a hit! I hope you enjoy it just as much.
