Here’s a secret, stop wasting money on fat loss products. You don’t need to buy anything to achieve your fat loss goals.
It’s actually quite simple. The key to fat loss is a calorie deficit. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying fat loss is easy. It takes work and consistency. But you don’t need anything fancy. You simply need to be in a calorie deficit. What does that mean? A calorie deficit simply means you are eating fewer calories than you’re burning. For most people that is around 500 calories, meaning you eat 500 calories less than your maintenance calories a day.
To achieve a deficit, you need to burn more calories than you consume. This forces your body to use its stored fat for energy, leading to weight loss.
